Went for brunch yesterday as a treat for my mum’s 60th and had the most amazing time. We had a really nice gin welcome drink and then the unlimited Prosecco which was so nice considering it was unlimited, the taste of it was gorgeous. We had a two course brunch consisting of yoghurt, pastries and fruit to start with and then as a main my mum had the vegetarian full English and I had chicken and waffles. The food was absolutely delicious, and was great to eat this whilst listening to some amazing music from the band who were so much fun. Special shout-out to Munire who absolutely made the whole thing, she was SO lovely, friendly and the best host we could have asked for so thank you so much Munire for making this such a special experience for my mum. We really appreciate it!
My friend and I went to the brunch Saturday, and we had the BEST time ever! There was live music and it was perfect, upbeat and fun, the performer was very talented. Also the staff were fabulous and the venue itself is just amazing with its maritime theme, it was gorgeous. The food was yummy, and of course the cocktails and bubbles were amazing too. But the cherry on top were the lovely staff that afternoon, I want to give a massive shoutout to Andrea who was extra attentive to us and just an absolute sweetheart, Morgan who just gave us amazing vibes and even took the time to suggest things for my friend and I to do in the city, and also Isabelle whom we met upon arrival at the door, she was super welcoming and sweet throughout, and even kept an eye out for us when a table was free outside, we really appreciated that! What a fantastic day we had and we will happily be returning without a doubt! x
Fog’s City Tavern is a warm, wood-paneled hideaway where city fog meets rustic charm. Known for its craft drinks, hearty fare, and mellow ambiance, it’s the perfect spot to unwind, share stories, and escape the rush outside.
Review is a bit late as we came on the 8.07.23 and forgot to do it, came for both drinks and the gin experience, this was an excellent gin experience which lasted about 2 hours & well worth the money, the host was brilliant with so much information, interaction and a good laugh. Plenty to drink and the venue in great as well, will definitely do this again in future. Afterwards we had a table reserved in the steamer for drinks and had a couple of snack everything was really good, food hot & tasty, drinks are very good full flavor cocktails no skimping on the alcohol.
The whole experience was amazing!! The band was wicked - so so fun! Bottomless brunch was lovely and the staff were great! Can't wait to go back.
Fantastic New Venue at Mr Fogg’s! I've visited the previous Mrs Fogg’s bar before the renovation, and I must say, I absolutely love the new interior! I've been back twice in a week - once for their opening soft launch and again for Sunday brunch - and both experiences were excellent. The food was top-notch; the fried prawns (small bites) and Tropical Mess (from the brunch menu) were my favorites! The cocktails were expertly crafted as well. The staff were outstanding, so attentive and friendly. The highlight of the Sunday brunch was the live music! Midnight Rhye Society was incredibly entertaining, and my friends and I enjoyed their performance immensely. Mark my words: I'll definitely be back again - 100%!
We came for bottomless brunch on Sat 19th and we just had the best time. The food and drink was fantastic and we were lucky to see the band play and they were awesome!! Thank you for looking after us, we will be back
I honestly had the best time celebrating my birthday! The bottomless brunch was great, the service was faultless and the live band were so much fun and sounded great! Can't wait to come back again!!!
